At The Main Idea, we have more than 50 years of experience creating magical summers for 130 girls from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Junior Staff are the heart of camp. You bring with you a love for camp, a deep knowledge of camp traditions, and a willingness to keep learning, growing, and progressing through our STEPS program.
